jaz188 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during the registration process, before processing withdrawals, or in connection with any security investigation. Acceptable verification documents include a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (identity card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot). Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of Account balance, including any pending withdrawals.
Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the jaz188 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If jaz188 identifies that a User has opened or is operating more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all bets and gaming activity, and forfeit all balances held in those Accounts without prior notice.

Any player found to have misrepresented their age, identity, or residency status will have their Account immediately terminated and all funds forfeited. Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank transfers are typically credited to your jaz188 Account instantly during Indonesian banking hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Western Indonesia Time). Deposits made outside of banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically credited within 2 to 5 minutes.
jaz188 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Please consult with your payment provider regarding any applicable charges.
To request a withdrawal from your jaz188 Account, you must have successfully completed the KYC identity verification process. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name that matches the name on your jaz188 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for anti-money-laundering compliance.
The minimum withdrawal amount for bank transfers is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The minimum withdrawal amount for e-wallets is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM WIB). Withdrawals requested outside of banking hours or on weekends may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Please note that these are internal processing times; your bank or e-wallet provider may impose additional processing delays.
jaz188 does not charge any fees on withdrawals. However, intermediary banks or e-wallet providers may deduct their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
To prevent fraudulent activity and money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 500,000 before you can withdraw any funds from your Account. Deposits made solely for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine gaming activity may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 30,000,000 before you can withdraw bonus-related winnings. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, sports betting (odds 1.75 or higher) contributes 100%.
jaz188 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other Users to manipulate wagering requirements, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (such as betting on all outcomes of an event), or any other conduct that we reasonably believe is intended to exploit bonus offers unfairly. In cases of suspected bonus abuse, jaz188 may confiscate bonus funds, void all related winnings, and suspend or close the offending Account.
While you have an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, a maximum bet limit applies to all wagers placed. Unless otherwise specified in the bonus-specific terms, the maximum bet per spin (for slots) or per hand/round (for casino games) or per bet slip (for sports) is Rp 50,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of all associated winnings.
